Where to go
So you’ve decided that you want to take your lover away for fun, and to have a chance to reconnect. That’s great, but where to go?
The key idea is to go somewhere completely unfamiliar to both of you, so that you can spend time exploring together, and your memories of that place will forever be based on your shared experiences.
There are beautiful locations throughout the UK, from medieval walled cities and quaint fishing villages to secluded rural cottages. You can always depend on the classic romance of the European capital cities, especially Paris, Rome and London. Alternatively, you could forget the daily grind and hit the glamour and excitement of New York for a long weekend. You don’t have to go far, but the local motel isn’t conducive to a whirlwind romance, so make sure the place the wow factor.
Remember – you need to make your partner feel really special. Splash out and check into somewhere ultra romantic. For great impact, why not have a bottle of chilled champagne waiting for you when you arrive.
